About Department of ECE :


The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering established in 2001, with Regular UG course,2nd shift UG courses , M.Tech (DEC) course , Research &Development Centre, Centre of Excellence in Embedded  & VLSI and PhD. The dept. is proud to have Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam IP Cell. It has students Teaching Learning Centre / Laboratories of WIPRO, INTEL and  TEXAS. The faculty and students are regularly trained in latest technological developments and believes in practical teaching methodology. The Dept. has got well equipped state of art infrastructure required for Research & Development in the field of advanced engineering. The  department has a vision to give a solid blend of practical and theoretical ideas to the students to make them highly qualified professionals
 

About Pratira:


One day National level Inter college project competition ensures healthy competition among final year UG and PG in Electronics and Communication Engineering under various Universities. The innovative and society oriented student projects provides an insight to the engineering youth potential to solve the existing technical problems faced by all fields in the society. The outcome of this program is oriented towards providing substantial benefit to the society out of these innovative projects.  The competitive spirit generated in this competition definitely enthuse the students to try untouched areas of research and development and also kindle to  excel and venture in industrial sectors more confidently applying both theoretical knowledge and technical thoughts.
